There are several ways for you to order. Fax, e-mail, Phone and postal orders will be processed upon receipt of business check, money order, cashiers check or credit card via PayPal.
To keep product costs as low as possible, our manufacturing system is designed to manufacture products based on orders received. Therefore, it is possible that a product you order on-line may take up to 10 working days to manufacture.
If an item you've ordered can not be shipped within 14 days, we will notify you. You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping, or inquire about your order status by sending us an e-mail to CustomerService@polyuproducts.com.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, and DISCOVER. Our charge on your card will appear with the name: JLM Sales and Distribution.
For your protection as well as ours, the billing address you provide must match the postal address for the credit cards monthly statement. For security purposes, in some cases, we reserve the right to request additional proof of identity. Such request may include a photocopy of the credit card, front and back, your drivers license number, or any other government issued identification with your photograph.
All orders must include a daytime telephone number.Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with www.polyuproducts.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
NOTE: International shipping is not available at this time. Check back with us soon for an update.
We recommend that the shipping address be one that is attended during the day. In order to track your shipment, a signature may be required for all deliveries.
All returned items must be in their original condition. If items were damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of receiving shipment. A replacement shipment will be processed immediately after your notification. Note that shipping charges for any and all returns are non-refundable.
All credit card sales will be refunded via crediting the same account. Cash sales will be refunded via JLM company check. Please allow 10 business days for processing.

Our complete nautical products line is available at wholesale prices to qualified retail stores. Minimum of $150 order required not including shipping and handling charges.
