All nautical products are available at wholesale prices to qualified retail stores.  Minimum of $150 order required.  Please e-mail our wholesale department for details and application.

Can I have my order shipped COD?

COD orders can not be accepted at this time.  We do accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards via PayPal.  Pre-paid Mail and Fax orders accepted with an accompanied business check, cashiers check, money order, or PayPal credit card payment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders can be filled within five business days.  ALL orders will be shipped within 4 weeks.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

What is your guarantee/warrantee policy?

If not completely satisfied with our product within 30 days of our ship date, JLM Sales and Distribution will refund/credit the full purchase price of such item.  For complete details refer to our Guarantee Policy within this web site.

What is your return policy?

Please contact our customer service for a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  Account will be credited for the purchase price of the item minus the shipping expenses.
